Delhezi scale problem?

I bought my delhezi and a week later (My water conditions are always 0-0-10) He started to develop a grey patch on the middle top of his head. This area slowly turned white.... I used some jungle fungus cure its been in the tank 72 hours. Should I treat for it twice?

Can anyone specify what this might be ?

Water params

O ammonia
0 Nitrite
20 nitrate ( I keep it at 20 because thats what it is from the faucet I am a careful feeder and use lots of purigen. Majority of the time the nitrates are 10-20 max.)

I do 2-50% water changes a week.

Any input anyone? The white seems to have gone away after a jungle fungus cure round but the area is back to being almost normal greyish. I don't know if it healed the problem. I would still appreciate any help guys come on 50 views and nothing ?
