We really need a picture of it fanned out but I’m leaning towards male because of the bulge at the base of the fin
I am leaning towards female, however, the fin is tucked in most of the time, so it is tough. I would say female rn though.
This is a good indication of male. It's possible that the fin looks thin because it has it clamped tight or it may not be fully developed yet. Most of the time males have a bulge around the fin area from the muscles used to articulate the fin, females don't.
