Delhezi upside down but swimming!

Remember my Del that was twitching and I thought it was having seizures? Well now it is upside down not knowing whats going on. He is swimming but all messed up and allways upside down. What do I do? He mostly lays in one spot for a while but sometimes tries to swim around.

it's bloat..my palmas suffered the same thing swimming upside down...try to turn him upright and he'll turn upside down again, unfortunately mine died...read and follow beblondies thread about bloat...

This Del has been FAT its whole life... When I say fat I mean it allways had a beer belly... I think its too far gone right now... Its been on its back for a solid day now but still breathing normal. I really dont want to kill it but I also dont want it to suffer!!! SHIAT
