3. ok with 4x albino polys?

4. not a picky eater right?

5. why is it that cb have spots/no patterns while wc have solid stripes?

6. ive seen pics of white base color n dark base color, does the base color change with surroundin or does it stay the same?

1. About 1" per month, but slows down around 7"...at least for me.

2. WC will get 14" and CB will get 12" and I usually say 12"-14" on WC and 10" to 12" on CB.

3. It'll be fine with other small Polys.

4. Not a picky eater.

5. Gene pool.

6. WC tend to be a light gray color while CB seem to be more of a green color.

1. whats the growth rate (inch per month), given 60g, 82F, 2-3 feedings a day (pellets)
At 82F and feeding 2-3x a day would depend on what kind of pellets and how many pellets. Also doing regular water change will help on the growth rate. Growth rate will depend on the gene pool of the fish and most importantly how the owner takes care of the fish. It's not about how much per month as every bichir keeper have different setups, how they do water change, how much they feed their bichir etc etc. People should stop asking about these questions as they been asked way too many times and just observe your bichirs as every bichirs doesn't have the same growth rate even within siblings especially CB.

14" for wild caught but as said from #1 answer it will depend on the owner, regular water change and food. Even some wild caught will remain at 10-11 inches. As for captive breed it will depend on the gene pool and as well as above answer.

3. ok with 4x albino polys?
Yes

4. not a picky eater right?
No problem feeding them oncd they settle in.

5. why is it that cb have spots/no patterns while wc have solid stripes?
Not all CB have spots as some can have stripes as well and can end up looking like a WC. Those CB with non-WC pattern have a 80% bad growth rate gene.

6. ive seen pics of white base color n dark base color, does the base color change with surroundin or does it stay the same?
Depend on the surrounding and the stress level of the fish.

white base: Newly introduced and still settling that why it's still pale in color and it's also a juvenile so it's common for them to show that color.
