I got my delhezi today, gets along with my senegal and all that good stuff. but it doesn't seem all to interested in the white clouds or blood worms.. is this normal?? i only ask because my senegal ate blood worms first hour it was home and after a month, immediately enjoyed white clouds. its also way more active then the Senegal ever was.
i just want to know if its a normal reaction.

btw, it fears the Senegal which is 5/8 the girth and a whole inch shorter.:screwy:

Give it some time to settle down, they do feel stress when their environment suddenly change.

Imagin if you were chased around by a gigantic net, thrown in a bag, left in the bag for god knows how long, put in a bucket for a long time, and then dumped into a brand new home with a bunch of new roomates. Is the first thing on your mind going to be, "Man I need a cheeseburger." This is essentially what you are doing to your new fish. He isn't eating because he has just been through a very stressful time. Let the fish settle in for a couple of days, he probably won't eat right off the bat. Let it relax, get used to its new home, and settle in a bit.

I have two Dels, they are super mellow. I feed mine tilapia fillet and massivor. They will eat anything and will go for the easiest meal so if you have a massivor pellet and a while cloud next to each other the Del will go for the pellet :)
