hi, i have a 55g demasoni tank, well tomarrow i may be adding 2 or 3 albino socolofi. I have 16 dems in my tank and only 3 or 4 show good color the rest are really dull and some just dont have any stripes at all any reasions y? Do u think if i added my yellows into my tank it would help them color any

This is natural. The dominant fish in the colony will show the most brilliant colours. No need to fret about it. Also I'd try to keep it a demasoni only tank. Makes for a very cool display and you could get a great breeding group going. Just my 2 cents but species only tanks are way cool!

I think as they mature they should all be fully colored up. In a group of 16, even if 4 are significantly dominant and larger, the remaining dozen will still interact with each other (which should motivate them to upkeep their best colors) and their numbers should prevent any singling out from occuring. Examples (disregard any of the non-demamoni's in the photo's):

When they're dull or 'faded' to the point that they aren't even displaying stripes it may be a sign that they are overly stressed or are still fairly new to the aquarium they are in, or the rock-scaping/aqua-scaping in the tank isn't configured to make them feel at ease (lots of hiding spots). As an example my female mouthbrooding demasoni's become very dulled with significantly faint patterns once relocated them into a maturnity/grow out tank (which is a new environment and lacks adequate cover). Once they spit their fry and are return to the colony tank they color back up.

How new are your demasoni's and what is your rock scaping like?

well i added 3 diff groups the oldest are about 3 months maybe the middle group is about 2 months and the newest ist about 1 month. I need more rocks in my tank jut havent been rock hunting im picky about my tank im going rly soon tho i wouls post a pic but i only have internet on my phone and it wont let me, is that a socolofi in your tank?

The more rocks the better.

Yep, a p. socolofi can be seen in each of the photo's. There's also a m. msobo in the 2nd photo. The ruler of this tank isn't seen in the pic (a large BB zebra, brother of the one in my avatar).
