today i can home to see that my dom male demasoni has a big rip in his top fin and has a bike out, i was wondering how long it should take to heal back and will it heal back to look the same as it was

Shouldnt take more than a couple weeks to grow back maybe even sooner depends on the damage turn ur temp up and add some aquarium salt if it's pretty bad . And it will look the same as it was before. I got a seven stripe Frontosa that's was damaged pretty badly and now he's good as new
