just noticed , the male isnt standard . i am used to him being with this female . they werent getting it done so i removed him and stuck one of my bg growouts in and he succeeded. little to early in the morning for posting with out enough java in my system !
i was going to say... there is no point of breeding a BG to a standard JD as it would result in 25% BG and 75% standard and you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the two! Congrats you should get 25% blue out of this pair! I am in the same boat right now, I have 3 week old fry from a BGXBG pair. Just started seperating the blues from the rest in the last couple of days. Its really annoying seperating them and takes a few hours so I do a little everyday.
