I'm looking to buy a powerhead for my 90G dempsey setup (none of the 7 have paired yet but when they do, I'll be removing the others)... will a powerhead be okay with the fry (and also, what GPH would be good for the 90 but not overpowering for the little guys at first)?
I already have a UV filter at the ready, and will be placing a bit of sponge over the filter intakes.. anything else I really need to prepare for? I have a planted 46G setup with a few neon tetras/cories as well as an empty 55 (still cycling) for the fry once I feel like they're hardy enough to make the tank change.
Also, are dithers recommended? I have a few rainbows, giant danios, and tiger barbs that could be used (though I feel the danios and possibly the rainbows could be pretty damn good at snatching eggs before they get pulled out)
