oki bout 2 plecos when i first got my tanks and they was together then i seprated them and the smaller one got depressed cuz it wasnt with the bigger one i guess it didnt move it barely eat then last night i took allmy gravel out to go bb and so i put my bigger one back in and now the smaller one is happy again moveing around eating more and just being active and the bigger one isnt so aggresive any more and i was just wondering if any one has had this happen to them before
 
Odd. What were the tanks set up like (e.g number of hides etc) both when they were together and seperate? Did you take the smaller one into the new tank, or take the larger one out? I suppose they are too small to sex?
 
at the time i tookthe larger one out they had a cave and lots of plants to hide seperate i had caves for both of them, and yes they are tosmallto sexthe larger one is about 6-6.5 inches long and the smaller one is like 4-5 inches long
