Desert Water Bag Planter

I'm considering some kind of a little cooling tower or a planter based on a canvas bag above my patio Aquarium that I can use to chill the water a little.

Think of a swamp cooler that cools the water instead of the air (although it would do both).

I know I could buy an electric chiller, but I'm thinking I could do the same thing with some canvas and a fan and a bypass hose.

Well this may all be a wasted mental exercise, because it won't be needed.

I've been running the 125g/55g/30g/ system for a day now, and the temps have stabilized.

Everything is running at 84F in spite of the fact that the 30 and 55 are outdoors and it is 108F today.

I think the gods of hydrology and heat transfer have smiled on me.

Having a 5 ton AC and keeping the house at 78~80F max, all my tanks are running 80~84F, indoors and out.

I really didn't expect this.
