can you guys post some pictures of your cichlid tanks. i need some ideas. my channel catfish needs a hole to hide in.

I'm going to bump this for the poor guy, he deserves at least a few pictures for ideas

I have driftwood hanging from aquarium top like under water roots and sand bottom...much like discus and earth eaters setup...but I am going to stock malawi peacocks and haps.

that sounds cool, y friend did that sort of brackish looking setup. i think im gonna go with grey/black sand, the wood roots, and plenty of caves.

2 different tanks,i like wood, branches,or the plastic realistic looking decorations.channel cat will need brackish later, get big don't they?

My tank so far...It is tea colored due to the driftwoods; hope to clear in a couple of month. Center pile of stone/root is to hold down the centerpiece until it sink. The back ground is by design by nature. Can't see it in the picture but I have a few haps and peacocks(malawi) in there. Will add more stock soon(I hope)
