Its favorite food is Hikari sinking pellets. They've been together for at least a year and this is the 1st incident. Well, when I first added the bass to the tank, he tried to snatch one now and then for the first week, without any successful. He stopped after that. I don't know if he got this bass alive, or he just picked up a dead one to recycle it
