Diamondback Terrapins

Here are a few pics of my DBTs. I've had them since Thanksgiving of last year. They're full of personality and a joy to keep. For now they're in 75 G tank. They have black tetras and assorted rainbow fishes to keep them company. For their docking purposes, I have 2 Fluval 2s placed on front pane and side pane of tank. I perched driftwood at a corner angle and used the Fluvals to prop it up. So far this has worked best for me until I have the time to create an above tank basking area.

Diamondback Terrapins are one of my favorite turtles. They look great!

Beautiful turtles! I would love to keep those guys. I saw some babies at the reptile show I was at for pretty cheap.

nice setup and turts...im incredibly jealous i tried to work really hard with the Dept of Agriculture out here to issue me a permit to just bring one in as a pet and they said there was no way in hell that they could issue me a permit to bring one in...one of my dream turtles

Beautifull turtles. Those are really hard to come by here and very expencive
