Are diatom filters any good?I want a good filter for my 135g all i have right now is a marineland 2 waterfall 30-60 and a cascade for a 50g, So i was thinking of buying a diatom filter, how are they? What should i get?

I stopped using diatom filters when the medical hazards associated with the diatom powder became fully understood. Since then I've been using 100 micron to 50 micron bag filters to accomplish my water polishing.
