Has anyone tried using diatom powder in a cannister? I have 2 flu al 405s and was wondering what would happen if I placed the diatom in Seachems The Bag and placed in in the top tray against cover for trays so that any water leaving the filter must pass through the diatom. My only concern would be that the custom is too fine to be contained by the bag.
