Did I buy the right lights?

They're for a 55 gallon.
Will these lights grow plants?
I read something about "color temperature" and that it's basically not what I need.

As long as the plants dint require high light output you should be okay... Since the 8000K bulb is pretty much the perfect light balance...

Btw, what substrate are you using? Since without a good substrate or some type of ferts, your plants may still suffer

65k & colormax good for plants?substrate is sand?

Thats cool, then yeah, as said before, as long as the plants arent too demanding on light you should be fine
