Ok so fist off does anyone have any experience ordering from aquascapeonline? A week ago i ordered a fish from them and everything was verified and paid and i said once the fish is packed and weighed they would call me and tell me the price for shipping.....Well its been a week and i thought maybe because of new years they may have been closed for a few days around new years but they haven't answered ANY of my calls or E-Mails where i am asking where my fish i ordered is! so if anyone that has ordered from them may know what is wrong please let me know:confused:
 
Alright well i was reading another thread that it might be hard to get in contact with them but they should send me my order and hopefully not steal my cash
 
Ok forget my other posts, they finally answered. should be here tomorrow. Nice people just a little slow because of the holidays.
 
its the holidays dooder... even amazon.com is slacking..
 
I read a similar post awhile back to and like you said it took awhile but the people got what they ordered. Plus it is the holiday season and as long as the fish you ordered comes in healthy then I would be happy.
 
Sometimes their Customer Service is off, and they tend to be slow on shipping.
