Well, Yesterday i picked up some Shrip pellets for my knife/catfish to eat aswell as the flakes, and what do you know my Ctenolucius Hujeta ate them!
all four of the hujeta ate atleast 2 pellets each (yes thats alot, there tiny!:P)
they looked nice and fat afterwords,

from all my reading i have done it says they are really hard to get switched over to dead fish let alone flakes/pellets,

so did i get really lucky to get a school that would eat Pellets??

you definitely lucked out....no two ways about it.

i never had issues getting hujitas to eat pellets, freeze dried krill, blood worms. i would say ur pretty lucky they do eat it tho

mine ate live and prepared foods with no problems.

I bought one from Big Als and it already was on flakes at around four inches. But I'm still not fully there with my 8 in one. Some times hell take it, other days he wont.

in the words of napoleon dynamite "LUCKY!!!!!!!"

lol i just got one yesterday and it ate a neaon today so mine eats live & frozen worms, krill and i got some soft pellets the guy said it would eat em we'll see mines 4' and thats how BIGG he said it would get! LOL he's a lier!
