Well i am starting my own first aquarium with basic fish i have caught. Well 2 of my mosquitofish are actually developing some interesting colors that i haven't seen or known them to be able to develop. These mosquitofish are developing some yellow speckled fins and more bold hues of green as well as some speckled scales. I think its due to the fact that i have been feeding them some slight color enhancing food. Would i get a rainbow if i fed them the food thats purposely made to enhance color????? I can't really take good pictures that would show their color though.
