I have about a 4 year old Blood Parrot that appears to be dying. Came home and he has tiny white bubble looking things on him, his one eyes looks like its popping out and he was at the bottom nose down. Also he wont eat his blood worms like he normally goes insane for. Though it may be ich, so i added some treatment but the others are fine.

2 Aqua Clear 70 HOB with carbon and filters
1 Eheim 2217 canister filter
gravel with live plants
Just changed water last week
Only other fish are the pleco, goldfish and koi.
Any ideas?
