So I have never taken any diet pills before because I thought none of them really worked. A friend of mine told me about this one that really just curbs your appetite. Just wondering if anyone has given it a try. Im leary about pills like this but I don't see any harmful ingredients!

Thanks

Never heard of it but it sounds like Dexatrim which has been around for years and is probably cheaper.

If you want to curb your appetite just up your water intake. Cheaper and more natural. Just avoid salty foods so you don't retain the water.

I'd much rather just stick with all natural exercise.
+1

Yes, extra water and raw zucchini will leave you feeling full for hours. Great way to skip a meal now and then. But the tap water in everett only makes you thirsty. The well on 164th has water that actually quenches. I don't know about Kirkland.

I don't trust those diet pills or any of that stuff.
If you really wanna take it check to see if its been approved by the FDA first.
Staying lean just means doing exercise. Lots of cardio and lift some light weights. The key is eating right, that's like 80% of the work. I'm a cyclist and this is what my trainer told me way back.
Seems to be working just fine.

Oh! +1 on drinking lots and lots of water.

dimethylamylamine is the active ingredient. Google it for more info. I see more references to it producing euphoria and alertness, not unlike ephedrine. There are risks associated with using too much of it.
