Difference between canister filter and presàsurized pond filter

Pls any one can clearify me the difference between canister filter and pressurized pond filter.
I m a bit new to this hobby and i am planning on 6ft * 3Ft * 4ft Aquarium.
Planning to keep
5 silver shark
5 tinfolis
2 (i suppose tiger) albino oscers
3 koi
2 Succer Cats
2 soft shell Turtles

I saw this Claritech 15000UV Canister Pond Filter.

If i fill my tank 85% it comes to some where 1700 ltrs.

Will this filter help me?

I would say the biggest difference would be that a lot of the pond filters do not include a pump.
I think they pretty much work the same as a canister filter.
Usually pond stuff starts with more coarse filtration because the debris that get in to pond is a lot larger.

Thanks for such a quick reply.
Could u read the specification of

Claritech 15000UV Canister Pond Filter

and let me know that it would work for my purpose.
I intend for 1.50 ft stand and 4 ft height aquariun and will place filter just behind it.
