One question, what's the differences between G. abalios and Geophagus sp. Colombia/Venezuela

but dicrozoster has mark on operculum where abalios and G. sp. Colombia/ Venezuela does not. Also there is more difference between them

I have read "Geophagus abalios is not always Geophagus abalios" but I am not clear on the bars referred in the article.
