Ok besides the obvious color difference , is there a difference in behavior or size . Does one grow bigger then the other one and is one more aggressive then each other

There is no difference in color. They are the same fish, Herichtys Carpintis. Some may be more blue or green then others, but they are still the same. These are just 2 examples of common names for this fish. Another common name is- pearl scale cichlid.

Herichthys carpintis is called the green texas or blue texas cichlid. They are the exact same. Herichthys cyannoguttatus is the regular Texas cichlid.
They are about the same size, around 12 inches.

ok i seen a fish labeled green texas and its green i have one of those and i seen a texas labeled blue texas and it was blue they looked nothing alike expect in shape and size but color wise different , it was not like they were blue green , one was blue , one was green

Common names don't mean a thing. Blue, green...It's all the same or not. There is only ONE TexasCichlid and that is "Cichlasoma" cyanoguttas, the only cichlid found in naturaly in the USA (Rio Grande), in Texas, and in a few other rivers in southern Texas. The carpintas is unfortuntly reffered to now as the green texas, because they are so closely related, but carpintas occurs more in the sate of Tamaulipas, Mexico. Go by taxanomic names, that way you wont argue about, that its green and not blue, that is all meaningless, because anyone can call a fish anything they want.
