differences between Parachromis Managuensis and Parachromis Motaguensis

Hello i'm making a new poster but when i was adding the common name i found the same name ; Jahar Cichlid for both Parachromis Managuensis and Parachromis Motaguensis

They look like very similar, i would like to kow if they are same fish whith different scientific name ?

Parachromis Managuensis: common name is the Jaguar. Parachromis Motaguensis: common name is the Red Tiger Mota. Two different fish.
