I was just wondering, because one of my Columbian Shark Catfish is getting pretty big and has been eating almost 15 sinking catfish wafers a day, and they're pretty expensive.
So my question is would it be OK if I fed him larger Koi Pellets. Because its either a small sinking wafer bag for 7$ or huge Koi pellets in a large bag for 14$. The bad is like 20x the size of the sinking wafer bag.

:nilly: So would it be fine if I fed him them?

TTT
please need to know soon
Im running out of sinking wafers :nilly:

and i'd rather not spend money on more wafers when i can just go tomarrow to get koi pellets

I don't see why it would not be alright. You could also just try feeding him less. I'm assuming you're feeding him enough to make his stomach bulge.

No, just every morning i wake up and he looks a little hungry, like theres a little crevis in his stomach, i feed him about 4-5 and it goes away. and then again at night i feed him around 3.

i dont feed him until his stomach is really huge.

only my spotted pictus gets that cuz when i try feeding the other cats, he just eats it all :irked:
