different jar

are there different shades of jars? 1st pic has a shade of gold to it, 2nd pic looks like reg jar witht that dark color, or is it just the lighting?

its the envoirment,if tank is black the aro will be dark colored and if its bare/white it will be a light color

jardini are known for various color morphs.

ive heard them labeled green pearls, seen with my own eyes ones that appear nearly melanistic, and seen my share of lighter colored ones. ime tho, these fish tend to all grow up to be the same red/brown color. great looking fish, i personally find these color variations to be nothing more than marketing ploys......

yeah like koji has his in black tank his is dark green and mines in black back its more of a bronze color
