i have 6 different types of pleco's in my 125gal tank and i was wondering if this is ok or should i move a couple of them to a different 125gal tank that i have. they are( ithink these are the correct l #s:
l114- red tailed leopard
l190- royal
l176- peppermint
l239- blue panaque
l162- clown
bulldog/rubber(don't know the l #)
thanks for your input

How big are the fish? A 125 should be able to provide enough territories for them when small, but some may need to move once they get bigger.

sorry i forgot to mention that. the biggest ones are the royal and the peppermint they are both about 3-4".

i have a common and an albino bushynose (both about 3") in the same tank. its only about 7gal but the 2 of them get along fine, and dont even clean all the algae. if the biggest ones are only 4" any you have them in a 125gal, i think you probably have a while till you have to move some of them.

A 7g tank is way to small for them fish, the common pleco has the potential to grow to 24".
