I currently have a group of male peacock cichlids in a 90. I like them, but they are all about the same shape. Is there any cichlid with a different look that I can add with them? I think some shape diversity would add a lot to this tank.

For some examples the Malawi Hawk, eyebiter, and Malawi Trout all have a different shape from my peacocks while still being nice colorful fish. I don't think my tank is large enough to house any of these for life though, so I was hoping there was something else I could get. The stream lined shape is nice, but a tall body fish would be cool as well if one exists really just anything that is not the peacock shape.
Placidochromis Johnstoni
Otopharynx Auromarginatus

Smaller rhampachromis
Are few off the top of my head

I got bored with Malawian cichlid only tank, as they share similar body shape and color, and can cross breed as a result of the same evolutionary lineage. To get more variation, I mixed in fish from other continents and habitats, including non cichlid, as long as their water requirements and temperaments are compatible. I even introduced angel fish to my cichlid tank and they have been left alone.

How about Juli Cichlids?
I have a Juldichromis Marksmithi kipili in my malawi/mixed tank.
Loaches and sharks bristlenose etc. could be thrown in as well, just avoid the larger ones.

This tank is very unique I love it! I don't really like the way Peacocks look with most non-cichlids if that makes sense otherwise I would be more adventurous. I had a male convict in with them ,but he was a terror upon them which kind of has me spooked from trying stuff.
