Ya it's a xanthic jag. It is just a naturally occurring anomaly caused by an over production of yellow pigments. They are very rare, nearly impossible to find at this time as far as I'm aware.

Its an extremely rare naturally occurring color morph. And its the first time i see that and its the most amazing thing ever! Lucky sob that owns it. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

It's probably 1 in a million chance or more that you would get a xanthic fish. So if you try ad breed for it you will most likely never see one.

There is a member here named VRWC i believe. He has a male xanthic managuense, he was attenpting to spawn it but i never saw the outcome. Try searching for the thread
 
Beyond that xanthic beauty, there are several, normal variants. I have one from Honduras with blueish tinge and one that has a golden shimmer...
