DIFFUSER OR REACTOR?

I'm ordering everything for my CO2 system, and have heard different opinions on whether to get a diffuser or a reactor. It's for my 125.

Any thoughts and suggestions on which to buy?

What should I get for my 125. I'd rather not buy one for $100. Are there any detailed threads on builds? The ones online I really don't understand. I feel like I'm missing info between steps.

Yeah that build is good and all but I dont understand how to assemble it to my FX5 hose. Jcardona helped me out with placement and the physics of it, but I don't understand connecting it.

I have not set up my reactor yet but I went with the "Single Stage RO Reactor" (dunno what they call'em).
I hear great things about them. It will be in the following order for my 50gl...
