Ive been fishing about 4 times a week, and being 17, the worms cost is kind of getting expensive. When it rains, the worms are all over my driveway and in the streets, hundreds and hundreds of them.
When i collect them, how should i store them? I know canadian night crawlers need to be refrigerated, but i read on like that Louisanna night crawlers only need to be in the shade...So i have no idea what kind of worms i am collecting lol so how should i store them so they live?

Get a nice styrofoam worm container, and some commercial worm bedding. Store them in the refrigerator, and go through them every week at least to remove dead/dying worms.

exactly and I also add some plant material for the wormie don't to eat so they dont die out

ok cool thanks..i have the bedding under control, i just didnt know if i should refrigerate or put them in the shade

I say refrigerate them and maybe throw in some old bread

sounds good......i just dont want to end up collecting a lot and having them all die
