Digital Camera which is the best?

I am currently planning to buy a new digital camera and I have the following to choose from:

Cannon PowerShot SD630 6.0 Megapixel

Sony DSC-W100 8.1-Megapixel

Nikon Coolpix S6 6.0-Megapixel

i want to know some opinion on the three different digital camera... Don't want to end up buying a low performing camera. Well, in regards to price.. all three have similar price on them.

I'm not sure about the canon and nikon, but my buddy gets decent shots with his sony w100.
Make sure that you have the ability to take control over all of the manual settings. You want to be able to adjust ISO, shutter speed, and apeture. If it has the ability to control an external flash thats a plus. I would mention macro settings, but I'm sure they all have that.

I have an older canon powershot SD and I love it, but want the new one because I've outgrown it, but that was then. I've never had a problem, unlike other brands I've tried. PC world has an online comparison. All I can say is canon has done me right in camera's since I got my first 35 mm as a kid........ Although I've never tried the sony. I'd really like to know how it turns out.
