I was looking to purchase a Lima Shovelnose and was sold a Tiger Shovel Nose. It was only $19.99, good deal? Should I keep it or return it? I will be able to get a 250Gal tank in about 2 years is that long enough to keep in the 90? Its in a 90G with a Gar, spec and a lmb, the TSN is about 4 in - 5 in...with a gut full of rosey's

I'd return it. Hopefully when you trade it in for the lima it will be ok in the 90 gal for 2 years. Mine grew to 14" in one year. Tsn can grow anywhere from 18-24" in it's first year. Can be over 30 after it's second year.

agreed. the guy would probably survive, but we all know we're not here because we want our fish to mearly survive. we want them to thrive and live great. the lima would be a great choice for a 90
