Dilemma: Raised pond or Fibreglass tank (FGT)

I am in a dilemma on which should choose both same configuration. 2 window front and side

Size 8f x 6ft x 3.5ft

Fishes: Mainly for Rays. Possible additions Indo tiger, arowana and gar but concern are all 3 are jumpers
