Currently have 14 Red Terrors growing out in a 90 gallon at about 2 inches. Have a 180 with 10 Red Head Tapajos and 11 Quarter size angelfish. I know the RT would be better off in the 180 but don't know how I feel about dedicating a tank that size to 2 fish if they pair up. If I did move them could I do Geos and angels in a 90 and how many of each? What would you do?

If you insist on the RT, then you already know the answer. Only one choice...they go into the 180.

Personally, if you want more fish in the 180, keep your best group of 8 Geo's and about 6-8 angels. Add some colorful deeper bodied tetras and you got an amazing display. Sell the remaining geos and angels, sell half of your RT's and use the funds to put a down payment on a 125 for your festaes and let the 7 turn into the best pair.

Problem solved.

Great advice and wish I could buy another tank but I cant. If I did move the geos and angels to the 90 what numbers could I do?

This makes the most sense.
