I have noticed worms possibly in the kok of the flowerhorn. along with these worms crawling in and out there are holes or pits in the kok. could these crustaceans or anchor worms be eating the kok fat? and will dimilin(diflubenzuron) kill these worms?

If it is anchor worms then should treat it.

That is what I suspect it to be since I see something crawling in and out. Do anchor worms eat kok on flowerhorn causing pits? Whatever type of worm it is, it seems to be eating the kok on my fish.

They usually don't crawl in and out. They attach themselves to the body and look like little letter "Y" attached.

Post a pic and maybe it can be ID'd. Could be fish lice but get a photo for sure.

See attached. It is the bump inbetween eyes. I could have sworn I saw something sticking out like antenna "Y" and then burrowing back in.

Could be the base for where it attaches to on the skin. Go ahead and treat and see if it shows it face again.
