hi do u think that a full grown dino bichir and a 11in oscar will be ok together, or will the oscar eat the bichir??

Well I'm assuming that b dino bichir you mean Senegal Bichir. Now I have an oscar tank with polys in there and I've had pretty much no problem with fights since I grew them all together from when they were tiny. If you're jsut going to introduce them together at that size...chances are pretty good that the senegal will get eaten.
You might be able to pull it off in a bigger tank, but 75 gallons is too small for those fish imho.
in a bigger tank it would work unless we're talking about really small juvenile polypterus and a large oscar
