If you live by the missouri river you know that it is up, well ive been dipnetting by a draining point. So far I've gotten several longnose gar around 5", bout 400 common carp about 1-4", 6 bighead carp bout 7" long, a 4" largemouth bass, bout 100 2" bluegills, and several minnows. If I had a camera I would take some pics but I dont have one -_-, anyway I have 5 gar, bout 100 "feeder" carp, and some minnows and bluegills in my 400 gallon pond in my back yard now. So I've got some new pets that I thoguht I would share ^_^

Wow thats really neat on the Gar , I hope you didnt return the Bighead carp.....make sure you check your local laws on what to do with those rivermowers!

Well I have alot of small aquatic insects in my pond so I brought them home to take care of that. The dnr doesnt want you to transport bigheads to local waterways but my backyard is miles away so it will be alright. And I thought the gar were pretty awesome to haha :P

Council Bluffs, Iowa. I have several in the pond being eatin, get here quick enough and you can have a few :P
