I am a hardcore watcher of this show. Mike Rowe is my favorite. Anyways the new episode last Tuesday when he went to the Snake Ranch was OK. Did anyone else have a problem with how they kept there animals? Maybe its just me but keeping 2 big pythons in a small enclosure doesn't seem right. Also a rattlesnake pit with smaller species of rat snakes? Doesn't rattlesnakes feed on smaller snakes? Also the aligator/crocs pond that had a mixture of the bunch in different sizes, didn't seem right. Do they not feed on smaller alligators/crocs? Also mixed in the pond were turtles. Do they not feed on turtles as well?

Well, I know caimans won't, if fed EXTREMELY well, they usually move to fast (if given the space) for them to catch. Not sure about crocs and allies though. It really depends how much space they were keeping them in.

Ah sorry Seth I spose I could have read more on that thread.

It's all good! I was actually considering starting a new thread about it but decided to just add to the existing one.

There was another one where he was at a gator farm in louisiana I think. It was cool, they had albino gators...

Yea I saw that it made me want an albino gator:(

Yeah I saw that one too. He was terrified of those baby gators! I thought it was funny on the last episode how he kept stalling when he had to pick up that Boa. I kept yelling "Just grab it Mike, yah big baby!"
