I'm not mad, just disappointed. We never have KKP around here so I ordered 2 females for breeding purposes down the road. One of my "female KKP" has just paired with another one of my known female BP's. Obviously it's not a female. Now I'm starting to wonder if I even received a female. Smh...

She's a female. Just didn't realize they would pair up. Two females fending off their flower pot lol. I wish one would pair up with my unfaded cjbarth red texas to see if I have a fertile male. Maybe in due time.

I asked if they could. Told them the situation and asked if it would be possible. They told me no problem. If it was too difficult for them, I'm sure they would have told me. And I did end up with two females so I should have just vented them to begin with. When I saw a my female BP pair with female KKP, it made me think I ended up with a male. I personally don't think it's a big deal. Maybe I'm wrong, but when your looking for a specific fish, your looking for a specific fish....

Exactly. Yea, that's alright for now. It's a community tank. Gonna be buying a house early next year where I will have more room for tanks and will be able to start my breeding projects. Right now I'm in an apartment with with a 75, 29, and a 15 quarantine/hospital.
