For tanks that this is necessary I am a long ways off, but are there any good DIY examples of stands and/or plywood tanks that are built in a way that can be disassembled safely without completely rebuilding the stand or tank?

I live in an apartment, which (fortunately) has a concrete slab floor (and two floor drains in the event the worst happens).

The issue is in the future I will probably be moving so anything I build needs to be transportable and possible to fit through doors/hallways.

Does anyone know any good examples of builds in situations like this?

Well for now it would just be stands for tanks like 30-55 gallon, eventually I am hoping to build a 300-600 gallon tank

Forget it, I read wrong, please delete post

I can't give you any examples of stands or tanks that come apart easily but I would think the best way to do it as far as a stand goes is to build it in a way the it can be bolted together in maybe two pieces. That way you won't have to remove any screws which may or may not line up correctly after you finish moving all the pieces. I guess if I were to build a stand that could be broken down I'd screw together some main pieces and make it so they would be able to bolt together in a way the they would be able to utilize each other for support. Hope that helps.
