Hello I have a 40g long that has an overflow built into the side wall how can i disconnect my PVC piping in order for me to put it in my jeep??

I havent even connected the pvc im in the process and wanted to know what the safest method would be.
Confused?? Are you putting a 40G long in a jeep, are you trying to transport PVC pipe in a jeep or are you trying to install a PVC pipe overflow/drain on the aquarium and you want to know how to make it removable?
