Can someone recommend a reputable online discount tackle retailer.

I don't know about discount retailers but I can tell you about my experiences with the sites I ordered fishing gear off of:

- www.316lurecompany.com- 5 out of 5 - Fast service and they even threw in extra free lures.
- www.basspro.com - 5 out of 5 - Fast service, no complaints.
- www.cremelure.com - 4 out of 5 - My only complaint is that if you order something thats on back order from them instead of notifing you they just refund you and give you a letter saying its on back order.
- www.landbigfish.com - 1 out of 5 - Very bad customer service. The people I talk to were very rude and gave me the run a around whenever I asked about my order which took a month to get.
- www.tacklewarehouse.com - 5 out of 5 - Great customer service and fast shipping
- www.histackleboxshop.com - 4 out of 5 - Good customer service but their package tracking could be more informative.

Have you ever tried www.cabelas.com ? Thats only place I knew about till now . Those links you gave look great never knew the companies were around other than basspro

No but from what I understand Cabelas is just like BPS so I'm sure there ok.

Thats what I meant that I have only used them didnt know of any other places . I like them a lot but its good to have other sites for greater selection

O...well another good website I heard of is www.Tackledirect.com, I haven't bought anything from them but they have a good rep. Also if you look through fishing magazines theres a bunch of tackle websites you could check out.

Gander Mountain has some closeout pricing on Tackle at the moment.

I bought several Rapala Lures, soft baits, weights and such.

Yes - i did some searches on e-Bay as well. A lot of stuff for sale - in bulk!!! =]
