Can Discus and Angels live together in harmony ???
I got all them babies, the angels are smaller than the discus.
Since the water params are almost the same ...
is it ok or should I move the angels ???

If the tank's big enough for them all then they're great tankmates in a lot of cases. My 2 Angels and 4 Discus were fine together, no aggression whatsoever. If I had a 90 gal I could put them all in together I would.

tks, I've read in some sites that they can't be together, cause the angels are faster and wouldn't let the discus eat well, making them stressed.
But till now, all my babies are eating a lot and they are doing great.

Yea, it's split about 50/50 when it comes to people's opinions on whether they make good tankmates. I suppose it would depend on the individual fish. My Discus take food from their Cory Cats and were a lot faster than the Angels when it came to eating. The Angels had to grab quick if they wanted anything :-)

I kept large angelfish and discus in a 120 gallon with no problem.

If they are tank breed and raised together young shouldn't be a problem. Most people will say you can't because they'll spread diseases or aggression. I actually have one angelfish with 8 discus and he spends all his time around the discus. No problem except for when he gets in the way of the dominant discus and gets chased off.

If the angels can successfully acclimate to the higher temperature required for Discus, there shouldn't be a problem, unless you want them to breed. Just needs to be a large enough tank, and with enough plants, who knows? There may be surviving fry.

when they get old enough to breed I'll change them from the tank.
same with the discus.
tks guys
