each one of my discus fish have taken turn in some how slightly bending a couple of the top spines of the fin then they get a fungal infection. its doing my head in. The water is fine, I treat with Pimafix. the only thing I can think if is that it happens when they fight. Any thoughts?

Hard to guess. Need info. To begin you say the water is "fine". Exact parameters including ambient temp. would be helpful. Next you say, "each one of my discus fish". How many fish total? How old, what size? Are there other fish? What size tank? How is it 'scaped? How often & what are they fed? Do they all eat hardily? I know it seems like a lot to ask but even w/ all that, the answer might not be obvious. Info helps to eliminate some of the possibilities or narrow down the suspects ya feel me?? "T"
