At what size in length do discus reach sexual maturity and start to pair up?

Once those clown loaches get some size to them it won't matter much, the eggs won't survive. Probably not the response that you were looking for, but …….

I’m rehoming the clowns soon. I intend on keeping only cardinals and otos with my discus. What size do the reach breeding size?

It's not an exact science, yours look to be getting close. Another inch or so maybe.

I took your previous advice, I rehomed two of the discus yesterday. I now have 10 discus in the 9o. Considering it will soon be only Cardinals and discus do you think my tank is still over crowded?

It's doable, time will tell once they mature. Just monitor your water quality closely, that will be the ultimate determining factor.
