I looked into my tank today and all 15 discus have fin rot and my water paramaters Are fine I also have them housed with my rays my male stingray is trying to breed with its mate could all the action be stressing out my discus also should I dose with melafix?

if your parameter were fine they wouldnt have got fin rot. i suggest you do a water change. how large is the tank. what else is in the tank beside the rays. how big are the rays? how big are the discus? how often do you do water changes?
they are in a 200G right now and moving them to a 300G thats being built right now also I do water changes 1-2 time a week at 60% rays are 12" 2 marbles 1 black aro and 1 gar and roughly 10 discus filtration I have 1 laguna Uv sterilizer 36w and 3 fluval Fx5 running with black 3m sand as substrate feeding are Black worm prawn and smelts The fish have been together for about 1 year
sounds like water quality fin rot isnt a reasult of stress its from poor water quality. its possible either the gar/aro/ray is taking a bit out of the discus and theyre getting infected
