discus help!!!!!

i got a discus from mu brother it seems to be dying its lost it's coloration and looks mal nourished and its fins are kinda messed up is there any way to bring it back from the grave

Post more info, what size tank, water parameters, other fish in the tank, what you are feeding it, how often do you perform water changes, etc.

I would do some research discus are extremly sensitive fish. Get a test kit too.

Make sure you acclimate the fish properly too when you first get him in your tank. You can kill a fish from shock if you don't do that right. One of the signs is losing it's color and looking stressed.
